2008 Regional Tournaments

Rocky Mountain Regional Championships – May 15-17, 2008 in Pueblo, CO

·        *Entry fee:  register online for $25.00 per style by TBA at www.themat.com

                        register onsite for $35.00 per style

Idaho Western States Dual Team – June 27-28, 2008 in Pocatello, ID

Junior National Dual Championships – June 30-July 4, 2008 in Oklahoma City, OK

·        Wrestlers:  qualifying information TBA

·        Those wrestlers who qualify need to pick up a packet with more information and very important deadlines from State Chairman

·        Cost:  TBA

·        Includes:  round-trip transportation, hotels, meals, coaching, equipment (singlets, t-shirt, shorts)

Junior National Championships – July 19-26, 2008 in Fargo, ND

·        Wrestlers, who place in the top three at any of the Junior Regional tournaments, automatically qualify for a spot on Team Colorado for Junior Nationals at that style. 

·        Also, wrestlers who place in the top four at any of the 4 CUSAW qualifying tournaments automatically qualify for an opportunity to wrestle off of a spot on Team Colorado for Junior Nationals.  Wrestle-offs will be held at the team camp just prior to leaving for nationals.

·        Those wrestlers who qualify either way need to pick up a packet with more information and very important deadlines from State Chairman.  

·        Cost:  TBA

·        Includes:  round-trip transportation, hotels, meals, coaching, equipment (singlets, t-shirt, shorts, jacket, bag)
